Notice to graduates of Palm Beach School of Nursing

Please be advised that on June 1, 2022, the Maryland Board of Nursing reviewed documentation regarding Palm Beach School of Nursing ADN-RN Nursing Program, a RN education program formerly located in West Palm Beach, Florida (a closed nursing education program, no longer in operation), and determined that Palm Beach School of Nursing ADN-RN Nursing Program is NOT substantially equivalent to the RN education programs approved in Maryland.  As a result, graduates Palm Beach School of Nursing ADN-RN Nursing Program DO NOT meet minimum qualifications for full RN licensure in Maryland.

 

You are encouraged to consider the Board's finding that Palm Beach School of Nursing ADN-RN Nursing Program RN education program is not substantially equivalent before applying for either temporary or full RN licensure in Maryland.  Please be advised that if you choose to submit an application for temporary or full PN licensure and pay the associated application fee, despite this notice, all fees collected by the Board are non-refundable.
